Medical Tourism for International Patients (Excluding Non Resident Indians)
International Patients can share all healthcare related and other requirements of patients and their companions coming from overseas on our email. We shall respond to you within 2 working days with an Enquiry Reference Number (ERN). You can also place an appointment request for doctor / treatment and we will help you get the appointment on the requested date. On your request an Estimate of Cost and Length of Stay will be provided. Payments from abroad can be made via Credit/Debit Card & RTGS.
(All communication from outside India is to be in English and by email for record and you can quote ERN assigned to you in our reply mail)
Visa Documentation Assistance
Once your documentation is finalized we will assist you with an invitation letter for priority medical visa for the patient & companion (as needed). The invitation letter is to be submitted to the embassy in your country. (Passport & Visa is to be produced by Foreign Nationals/NRI at our hospital, failing which the admission of the patient may be denied.)
Planning your stay in India
Regarding your hotel stay during your treatment, we can help guide you with room arrangements, according to your preferred budget. Please inform us such requirements so that you can confirm all arrangements with the service providers well in advance.
On arrival at Life Care Centre
Upon arriving, kindly take note that you are required to show your passport to complete patient registration at the hospital. The hospital will keep a copy of your passport (Photo and Visa page) as hospital record. Please note that this is a mandatory step.
Billing and Payment
Payments are accepted via Cash in INR, Credit/Debit Card & RTGS.
